The essence to a new product success is converged to JE R&D who integrates the horizontal operations of manufacturing, QC system and the vertical demand passage from customer to head of design.
Vertical Integrated Production
JE has high precise and efficient facilities on tooling, plastic injection, metal stamping, metal press, bending, NCT, laser cutting, powder coating, copper cable manufacturing…etc.
To control high performance connectivity production, JE entered into the jointed venture with a PCB factory and a die-cast factory to obtain tier 1 quality and priority.
Manufacturing Profession
JE invests great emphasis on the automation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Parts and tools are largely produced on site. JE manufactures and assembles virtually all components, designs, tooling and moulds as well as many of the automation machines on productions.
Data Center Interconnection
JE has been supplying to data center interconnection with “Copper” and “Fiber” solutions over a decade. The latest innovation of copper was C8 solution which includes an unique design of the factory manufactured patch cord – “C8 FPM Patch Cord”. And the “Owl Eyed Tracing Fiber Trunk” is another spectacular practice on “Fiber”. Both have been applicable on hyper-scale data centers.
