Jyh Eng provides CS^® cable assemblies with connector length 55mm incl. push-pull tab for superior manageability in high density applications. CS^®-LC patch cord is easily backward compatible with QSFP-28 and QSFP-56 without fan-out or cassette modules. Nowadays CS^® works with OSFP-400G-2FR4 transceiver as well.

Description

CS^® connector is a Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) connector designed for OSFP/QSFP-DD transceivers for data centers. Compared to LC duplex connectors, it is 40% smaller and provides higher ports in switches and fiber panels.

CS^® connector uses two standard 1.25mm ceramic ferrule in a unibody. The spring-loaded ferrule and floating structure help to ensure proper alignment and minimize insertion loss, providing excellent optical performance and durability. CS^® Connector supports data rates up to 100 Gbps, which is higher than 10 Gbps maximum data rate of LC connector.
